https://app.wiroom.io (hereinafter "the Platform"). By accessing the Platform, the user acknowledges having read these GCU and accepts them without reservation.
2. Presentation of WiRoom
WiRoom is a SaaS (Software as a Service) software that allows creative teams, agencies, freelancers and marketing departments to collaborate effectively through: centralization of briefs and files, management of client back-and-forths, validation tracking, visual annotation and version history. Access to the service
Access to WiRoom is possible: in a free version with limited features (freemium),
via monthly or annual subscriptions (paid plans detailed at
https://wiroom.io/pricing ). The user agrees to provide accurate information when creating their account.
WiRoom reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of fraudulent or non-compliant use.
4. User Responsibilities
The user agrees to: Use the platform within a legal and professional framework. Not to usurp the identity of a third party. Not to infringe the intellectual property rights of WiRoom or third parties. Not to insert illegal, violent, hateful or defamatory content. The user is solely responsible for the content that he stores or shares on the platform.
5. Availability and maintenance
WiRoom makes every effort to ensure continuous accessibility of the platform, except in cases of maintenance, force majeure, or technical issues beyond its control. Assistance can be provided by email at:

6. Intellectual Property
All elements constituting the platform (code, interface, visuals, texts, logo, etc.) are protected by copyright.
They are the exclusive property of WiRoom or its partners. Any reproduction, distribution or extraction without written authorization is prohibited.
7. Personal data
WiRoom collects and processes personal data in accordance with the
GDPR .
This data is necessary for creating accounts, managing subscriptions and improving the service. The user has the right to access, rectify, erase and object by contacting:

8. Cookies
Cookies may be placed for the following purposes: technical (connection, navigation), analytical (traffic statistics), marketing (advertising tracking, if applicable). The user can configure their preferences via the consent banner.
9. Termination
The user can delete his account at any time via his profile settings.
In the event of non-compliance with the T&Cs, WiRoom reserves the right to suspend access to the platform, temporarily or permanently.
10. Modifications to the T&Cs
WiRoom may modify these T&Cs at any time.
The user will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated T&Cs.
11. Applicable law
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution will be preferred. Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Paris.
